When it comes to sustainability, as Kermit the Frog sang so memorably, It's not easy being green. Companies need accurate information to make balanced decisions about their carbon footprint. BCD Travel has recently rolled carbon emission reporting into its information management solution, DecisionSourceTM: Data Manager. In the survey, employee security was ranked as companies top concern, with 81 percent of respondents citing this as a high priority; cost reduction followed as a close second, ranked as a high priority by 77 percent of the sample. Supporting environmental sustainability trailed some way behind, with only 20 percent believing that companies consider this a High priority.

Road Bike Chainrings?
Is any one know if I can find Sram (preferably Sram Red) chainring size 53T but 110 BCD and not the 130BCD that usually comes with..? It seems that the 110BCD goes only with the compact version (50T). Is anyone can advice on that and if know, to refer to where it can be found.
Would it be possible to use 52T outer ring and to stay with 34T inner ring (not to switch it to 36T) and shift between the inner and outer without a problem..? I have heard it can cause a problem for the chain to jump from inner 34 to 52. is it right..?
In Sram Red w/ 110 bcd you are limited to 52t, now my question is do you really need a 53?
The difference is speed between a 52 and 53 is less than 1/2 mph if you are using a 52/11 vs 53/11 gear combo, increase your cadence 2 rpm if you can and you have the same top speed.
