Shenzhen Scuba World Centre (SZSWC) is part of SW Group (Scuba World Group) which have been operating in Hong Kong and China since 1990. If that were true then it would be just coincidence. However you did not site any facts in your question. The GOP does not issue the terror alerts the government does so that would be a two party alert.
